At BottlePod, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Our 12-month warranty covers any defects in materials or manufacturing from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that your BottlePod is free from faults that affect its functionality or safety during normal use.
What is Covered:
- Material and manufacturing defects that affect the product’s functionality or safety.
- We will replace faulty items at no additional cost if the product is defective due to our error.
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear due to regular use.
- Damage caused by misuse, lack of care, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
- Accidents (e.g., dropping the bottle) or damage caused by modifications made by third parties.
How to Claim a Warranty:
To claim your warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@bottlepod.eu with a description of the issue.
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- If the product is found to be defective from our side, we will send you a replacement free of charge as quickly as possible.
Replacement Process:
- If we send you a product that is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. We strive to resolve any issues quickly and ensure that you get a fully functional product.
